- Turnaround time is approx 3-5 business days please message us for a RUSH order or if a needed date
- We normally ship large items FEDEX or UPS smaller items USPS if you have a preference please message us [email protected]
- Expedited overnight shipping will be an additional fee
- If an order is damaged in transit all items are insured we need box photos as well as item photos for the damage claim
- We do not accept returns on custom orders
- We do not accept cancellations, but if one is granted there is a 20% cancellation fee on ALL orders
